THE BASICS
We are a local Restaurant Home and Office Delivery Service
We deliver your favorite restaurants right to your door in a timely manner.
Restaurant delivery starts at 10 am and is open every day until 9 pm!
Fees: Pickup fee is only $5.00 within 5 miles, or just $1.25 per mile with distances over 5 miles from the restaurant, up to 20 miles.
1. When are you open?
We are open every day 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
2. How does it work?
Simply place your order online. If necessary, our staff will contact you to finalize order details. Workplace delivery is delivered at or very close to the specified lunch break time. You will be able to pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards.
3. What if there is a problem with my order?
Just give us a call or text at 2567956462 or use the contact form and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue. Rocket City Delivered is not responsible for items that are left unclaimed and will not issue a refund. The buyer will be responsible for all charges and fees. Refunds are only issued if delivery cannot be completed on behalf of Rocket City Delivered. If you cannot look up the address in google maps, include detailed directions. If a fake phone number is given or we are unable to reach you due to call screening or ignoring text messages from our drivers, we reserve the right to substitute similar menu items at our discretion or cancel the order in its entirety.
4. Is my information secure?
We do not sell or share any customer personal information and each checkout is done on e-commerce secure servers.
